Customer has a leak inside the wall of men's and women's pool restrooms. Wall are covered in FRP which would need to be replaced. Also I can hear water hitting electrical sockets. Turned water off to restrooms to stop leak. Returning on Monday to repipe pool bathroom cold side. Run new cold lines to toilets, sinks and exterior shower in pool bathroom. Allstar is not responsible for replacement of drywall and FRP in restrooms. 1 year warranty on craftsmanship.

Upon arrival found damage in ceiling in dining room area, refer cut n dry to mitigation. Upon further investigation of where the leak was coming from climbing into the attic and found the house had been repiped. Traced a 3/4" line to the leak and found a pin hole on the line createing the damage. Repaired the portion of pipe turned on the water and checked back for leaks. None present 1 year labor warranty on repair.

Customer has a leak on cold line in between washer and kitchen sink. Customer has had leak on same line in multiple areas. Sheriff has repaired area twice in the past. Talk with customer about repiping home. Customer would like to repipe home. House is 2 bath with mostly all lines in same area.1 year warranty on craftsmanship.

Arrived on property for leak issue. Found the 1 inch feed line leaking under unit 267 bathroom vanity. Reroute line through the walls and ceiling. Made two new connections, one in unit 269 and attached new feed line to 267s water heater fed completely eliminating leak in slab. Once new line was plumbed in I then turned water back on to building and tested to ensure proper function. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.

Customer had a back up in bathroom sink causing a small leak in drains. We pulled apart trap under sink and ran cable through back to back drain in wall. Reinstall sink trap and ran water to check for proper drainage and leak. Sink drained properly and there was no leak. Note: customers dish washer does not drain properly do to the air gap missing. In order to get dish washer to drain properly a air gap need to be installed. Per first service responsibilitie lie on tenant. Quoted 175 parts and labor for install.

Arrived on property for leak. Found issue to be an up to down leak. First removed drywall in upstairs unit to locate. Ran tub in 406 and found the tub spout to be failed and leaking into the wall. Removed failed spout and replaced with new compression tub spout. Then tested to ensure proper function. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.

Pulled toilet and sink p trap to access manifold and cut drywall. Extensively completed leak detection cut and capped multiple manifolds and tested system to be sure other lines where not leaking. Found slab leak on 1/2 line in the bathroom of unit 221. Traced line and re route in pex through walls. Reset toilet and sink p trap. Turned on water checked for leaks none present. 1 year warranty.

Arrived on property for leak in unit 381. Found there to be a leak on a 3/4 copper line in the slab feeding the other restroom. First water was shut off and new line was then ran through the wall and ceiling connecting and both existing manifolds. Once new line was plumbed I then turned water back on and tested. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.

Arrived on property for leak in dining room. After accessing both units I found there to be a 3/4 copper leak in the slab. Will need to eliminate existing line in slab and reroute new line in the wall. First I drained the building and cut existing line. Then reroute a new line thru the wall attaching at both manifolds. Once reroute was complete I then turned water back on and tested the new line. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.

Upon arrival main office had cold water slab leak. Rerouted line from main feed directly to water heater. Had to trench around front room drilling through studs totaling 90’. Also had to pull water heater to access main manifold. After connection where made turned on water and checked for leaks none present. Reset water heater and cleaned up mess. 1 year warranty on reroute.

Upon arrival customer in 197 had a lot of water coming under the water heater and also in the master closet. Upon investigation after drywall removal, found pinhole leak behind heater in closet. Turn off water removed section of bad pie and solder new pipe on. Turned on water and checked for leaks none present customer was happy. 90 day warranty.
